Meghalaya observes Bhagat Singh birth annisversary

Shillong, Sep 28 (UNI) The birth centenary celebration of Bhagat Singh was celebrated here today by the Bhagat Singh birth anniversary celebration Committee.

Former Sankardev College Principal Prof T Rynjah, who graced the occasion, said that "relevance of Bhagat Singh was felt everyday but the most important thing is to develop 'deep patriotism and sense of social responsibility among people." Prof Rynjah felt that the celebration to mark the birth anniversary of a great martyr would bring some changes in the existing condition.
