Leelavathi to lead K'taka team in sub-jr hockey nationals

Bangalore, Sep 28 (UNI) K M Leelavathi will lead a 16-member Karnataka team in the 19th Sub-Junior Girls Hockey Nationals, to be held from October two to eight at Kapurthala.

Karnataka State Women's Hockey Association President Radha Murthy, in a release here today, said the team would be leaving for Kapurthala tomorrow.

Following is the Team: M Likitha Muthanna, B K Harini (both goalkeepers), D Sandhya, C S Shruthy, K C Chaitra, S P Kavyashree, K M Leelavathy (Captain), M B Thrupthy, T N Ambika, Rubina L Naaz, S Yogeshwari, B S Hrinakshi, D M Ashitha, Smitha Shree, Tenzin Bhuti and Neha. Coaches: B S Venkatesh and Manohar Katke.
