Injured police constable dies in Srinagar

Srinagar, Sep 28 (UNI) A constable of the Jammu and Kashmir police, who was injured in a grenade blast at Budshah Chowk near here yesterday, died in the hospital today, Official sources said.

Constable Ghulam Mohammad, who was injured after militants of Jaish-e-Mohammad threw a hand grenade at a police party at Budshah Chowk near here yesterday afternoon, succumbed to his injuries.

About a dozen police, CRPF and civilians were injured in the blast yesterday.
