Infosys Q2 results on October 11

New Delhi, Sept 28: IT major Infosys Technologies Ltd today said its Board will meet on October 11 to consider financial results of the company as per Indian GAAP for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2006.

The Board of Directors of the company will be also take into consideration the consolidated financial results of the company and its subsidiaries as per Indian GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2006.

The financial results of the company as per US GAAP for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2006, will be considered at the meeting, a statement said.

Infosys BoD will also consider payment of interim dividend, if any, it said adding that October 20, 2006, has been fixed as record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend, if any.
