HCL to consider Q1FY07 results on Oct 16

New Delhi, Sep 28: HCL Technologies Ltd today said its board will meet on October 16 to consider financial results for the first quarter ending September 30, 2006, of financial year 2006-07.

''A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 16 to take on record the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2006,'' a company statement said.

Payment of first interim dividend for the year 2006-07 will also be worked upon during the meeting.

The company has also informed that October 23, has been fixed as the record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend.
