Do not presure the villages to merge in Vasai-Virar:Shiv sena

Mumbai, Sept 28 (UNI) Shiv sena has demanded that the villages which are not willing to merge with the proposed Vasai-Virar municipal corporation should not be pressurised for the same.

Sena, in its meeting attended by senior leaders Subhash Desai, Datta Nalavade also demanded that an administrator should be appointed on the four municipal councils immediately. These four councils are going to merge soon alongwith nearly 45 villages to form a Vasai-Virar Municipal corporation.

The meeting also demanded that assurance should be given to rural sector for balanced growth.
