Court defers order to Oct 6 in Nitish Katara murder case

New Delhi, Sep 28 (UNI) Additional Session Judge Ravinder Kaur today adjourned the order in Nitish Katara murder case to October 6.

Bharti Yadav, the key witness in the case, moved to the United Kingdom after Katara's murder. Her counsel Subash C Buttanthat said he will inform the court when Ms Yadav returns to the country.

Neelam Katara, mother of the victim, was also present in the court.
