BPO 24/7 to expand in Hyderabad

Bangalore, Sep 28: 24/7 Customer, a premier global supplier of integrated customer lifecycle management services, today announced that it will increase its employee headcount in Hyderabad to 1,000 by March 2007.

This announcement was in alignment with the company's expansion plan for 2006-07, the company said in a release here.

Company Founder and COO S Nagarajan said the company would leverage on the huge talent pool of professionals in Hyderabad and aggressively recruit at all levels.

Inaugurated in November 2005, 24/7 Customer's state-of-the-art dedicated facility in Hyderabad, spread over 90,000 sqft, provided customer support and tech support to its customers.

24/7 Customer unveiled 24/7 Ascend, an innovative partnership programme for the academia that is designed to demystify the BPO industry for the student community and make them better prepared for a career in BPO. Through this programme, 24/7 Customer aimed at producing BPO-enabled students across the country.
