Arms case accused caught after 10 years

Hyderabad, Sep 28 (UNI) Komerella Suresh who had been evading arrest since 1995 in connection with an arms case was caught by the CID police today.

He was produced before XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate.

A non-bailable warrant had been pending against him since 1995.

Suresh was arrested along with four others at MCH Grounds Grounds here and a pistol, a plastic cover containing nine live cartridges, an iron rod and a bunch of false keys were recovered from him on the night of January 30, 1995.

On obtaining bail, he escaped and had been evading arrest since then.
