Air Awareness campaign to encourage youth to join IAF

Ahmedabad, Sep 27: The Indian Air Force will hold an 'Air Awareness Campaign' here from November 10 to 16 to motivate the youth of the state to join the Force.

As part of the campaign, IAF men will zip through the city skyline in Sukhoi-30s, Mig series aircrafts, Jaguars amd Multi-role combat aircraft to display the Force's mighty prowess. It will include flying display, static dsiplay, aim at providing a comprehensive awareness of the service.

A nine-aircraft Surya Kiran Aerobatics team will per form aerial ballads while the Advanced Light helicoptors would complement the Sarang aerial display, an IAF statement said today.
