10-day exhibition of Gandhi books from Oct two in Mumbai

Mumbai, Sep 27 (UNI) A ten-day exhibition-cum-sale of 300 titles of Gandhiji and Sarvodaya books will be held here from October two, to commemorate the 137th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi and the 'Satyagraha' centenary.

The exhibition, being organised by Bombay Sarvodaya Mandal and Gandhi Book Centre, will offer a special set of five important books selected from Gandhiji's 100 volumes.

Another book 'Selected Works of Mahatma Gandhi', packed in a gift-box, will be available at Rs 75 and 'An Autobiography of Mahatma Gandhi' for Rs 15, the release said.

English, Hindi, Gujarathi, Marathi and South Indian language books will be available at 50 per cent discount from 1100 hrs to 2000 hrs during the exhibition.

The titles cover subjects like Politics, Religion, Economics, Education, Constructive Work, Non-violence, Peace, Conflict Resolution and Social change, according to the release.
