Hyderabad, Chemplast jt winners, lift Moin-Ud-Dowla cup

Hyderabad, Sep 20 (UNI) Captains of host Hyderabad and Chemplast Anirudh Singh and Vasanth Saravanan were presented the All India Gold cup by Brig DSC Varma, Commander, Andhra sub area in Visaka Cricket ground at Uppal near here today.

With the three-day finals of the Moin-Ud-Dowla Gold cup cricket tournament washed out due to intermittent rains, umpires declared both the teams as joint winners.

Hyderabad won the title after a gap of nine years while Chemplast won third time in a row.

Hyderabad coach Vivek Jaisimha attriubuted the success to team work.
