Team India takes time off to oblige autograph seeking fans
Kuala Lumpur, Sep 18 (UNI) With rains spoiling the Indian party on field, Rahul Dravid's men took some time off to sign autographs and pose for photographs for their fans here today.
Team India is quite popular among the expatriots here and has been hounded by autograph hunters whenever it has stepped out of the security ring.
The team visited a school in Bricksfield area and met young fans.
Sachin Tendulkar, Ajit Agarkar, Harbhajan Singh, MS Dhoni, Yuvraj Singh and Mohammad Kaif took time off after the team's net practice today and obliged the young fans with their autographs.
Former Test player and BCCI selector Chandu Borde was instrumental in getting them to the local school. The Men In Blue also garlanded the statue of Mahatma Gandhi in the school.
A day earlier the team was invited for dinner by the Indian High Commissioner in Malaysia and yet again the team was crowded by autograph seekers. Be it young or old, the Indian cricket team has been has been a hit with their fans here.
