Oil seeds growers national convention on Sep 20

Visakhapatnam, Sep 17 (UNI) A national convention of oil seeds growers will be held in Tirupati on September 20, in which several issues relating to farmers would be discussed, Andhra Pradesh RYTU Sangham President K Ramakrishna said.

Addressing mediapersons here yesterday, he said MP and President of All India Kisan Sabha (AIKS) C K Chandrappa, AIKS General Secretary Atul Kumar Anjan, Andhar Pradesh agriculture minister K Raghuveera Reddy and CPI state unit Secretary K Narayan would participate in the convention.

He said the issues relating to groundnut and coconut farmers would dominate the discussions at the convention.
