Ujjain, MP, Sep 14 (UNI) A local court will record tomorrow the statements of three officials, including a doctor, on a plea -- filed by murdered Prof Harbhajan Singh Sabharwal's son Himanshu who accused Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan of indulging in rhetoric over last month's students' union poll-linked violence at the local Madhav College.

In the petition filed before Judicial Magistrate Vidhi Saxena, Mr Himanshu alleged that Mr Chouhan indulged in rhetoric and described the death as ''accidental'' even before a CID inquiry. The plea was admitted on September 6 under sections 201 and 203 of the IPC.

''SDM Manoj Pushp, CSP Manoj Singh -- who were on the scene -- and Dr Kishore Nagar -- who conducted the post-mortem -- were summoned,'' said Mr Himanshu's Counsel Kailash Nagar.
