Precious metals recover on better global advice

Mumbai, Sep 14: Precious metals recovered on better global advice in the closing session, traders at the Bombay Bullion Association today said.

Following were the closing rates of spot silver and gold: Silver (per kg) .999 fineness grade: Rs 18,345 (17,910) Gold (per 10 gm): Gold 99.5 purity standard mint : Rs 8,925 (8,810) Gold 99.9 purity pure gold : Rs 8,975 (8,855).
