Mangat to preside over cabinet meeting during Azad's tour to the US

Srinagar, Sep 14 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad, who will be on official tour to the United States and Belgium, has directed that during his official tour abroad Mr Mangat Ram Sharma Minister for Health and Medical Education, Labour and Ladakh Afairs will preside over Cabinet meetings.
