EMRI to extend facilities to all mandals in district

Tirupati, Sep 14(UNI) Emergency Management and Research Institute (EMRI) would extend their public health service to all mandals in Chittoor district from November, according to Zonal Integrator of Institute Suresh Kamel.

He said during the first anniversary of EMRI service last evening the Government had decided to hand over the operation of 22 ambulances provided by the Central Government to the EMRI.

Mr Kamel said the ambulances would be utilised for emergency purposes and the services would be extended to all the mandals in the district.
