Decision on 3 MLAs reserved, Speaker allows them to vote

Ranchi, Sep 14 (UNI) Jharkhand Speaker Inder Singh Namdhari today allowed three legislators --Anos Ekka, Kamlesh Singh and Stephen Marandi-- to vote in Chief Minister Arjun Munda's trial of strength to be taken up after some time in the state Legislative Assembly.

Addressing a press conferene at his office, just an hour before the crucial extended monsoon session, Mr Namdhari said he will not take a decision without going into the depth of the matter.

The Speaker said, ''vivek (conscience) sbase bara hein'' (conscience is the biggest thing) and added he could not decide as his conscience did not allow him to come to a conclusion so hurriedly.

He said the matter was of grave nature and more time was required study the matter.

The trio were asked to explain why their membership should not be quashed under the anti-defection law.
