Canara bank looted

Mumbai, Sep 14 (UNI) Four unidentified miscreants looted Rs eight lakh from Canara Bank at Nerul in Navi Mumbai today.

Navi Mumbai police said as soon as the Nerul Branch of Canara Bank in sector 40 opened at 0900 hrs four unidentified persons entered it's premises and threatened their staff at gun-point. They later decamped with cash to the tune of Rs eight lakh.

Further investigations are on, police said.
