Apollo Hospitals to divest its stake in Sri Lanka Insurance Corp

Mumbai, Sep 14 (UNI) Apollo Hospitals Enterprise today informed BSE that it would sell its entire 33.22 percent stake or 52.03 million shares in Sri Lanka Insurance Corp Ltd at Sri Lankan rupee of 28 per share.

This works out to Indian currency equivalent to Rs 14 per share.

Further, the company said it would sell the shares as part of the open offer made by the Sri Lankan company.
