Demo staged against construction of place of worship

Hubli, Sep 13 (UNI) Members of the People's Awareness Forum here today staged a demonstration in protest against the construction of a place of worship by an organisation, alleging it of being registered in Islamabad of Pakistan.

They took a delegation to Commissioner of Police Narayan Nadamani and demanded stoppage of construction work. They dispersed peacefully after the Commissioner assured to look into the matter.
