Patna, Sep 11 (UNI) Special Vigilance Judge Ramnivas Prasad today issued a non-bailable warrant (NBW) against RJD MP Anirudh Prasad alias Sadhu Yadav in connection with a forgery case and corruption, an off shoot of the multi-crore flood relief scam.

As per the case, Rs six lakh were transferred to Mr Yadav's account from that of Santosh Jha, one of the kingpins in the flood relief scam. Mr Yadav's counsel had pleaded that his client had received the amount in lieu of the car he sold to Mr Jha.

According to the charges, Mr Yadav had got the ownership of the car transferred in his name in a forged manner. The car, with a Delhi registration number, is still in the name of one Sumit Ranjan Jena.

Meanwhile, the same court hearing the anticipatory bail of Mr Yadav directed the vigilance department to submit the detailed memo of the case. The matter will be heard on September 16.
