Jasch BoD to consider tie up with Korean firm

New Delhi, Sept 11: Jasch Industries today said its Board will meet on September 15 to consider a technical collaboration agreement with Korea's Duksung Company Ltd, for manufacture of Polyurethane (PU) resin and PU coated technical textiles.

Under the agreement, Duksung will provide latest technical know-how including new techniques developed in its plants in South Korea for a period of three years, a company statement said.

Jasch Industries Ltd serves Indian and overseas players in the financial markets and insurance, manufacturing and services, consulting firms and the government.

Duksung Co Ltd located in Gyeonggi Province, Korea is a manufacturer engaged in the provision of synthetic leather.

During the year ended December 31, 2005, the company had a production capacity of 15,600 tonnes of polyurethane resins with an output of 11,172 tonnes of polyurethane resins.
