GHIAL enters into two inflight catering concesion agreements

Hyderabad , Sep 11 (UNI) GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited(GHIAL) has entered into two in-flight catering concession agreements with the prestigious groups--LSG Sky chef and SKY Gourmet.

The contracts envisage setting up a world-class in-flight catering units in the upcoming international airport in Shashabad which was developing by GHIAL, According to a GMR release here today.

LSG Sky Chef was a 100 per cent subsidiary of Lufthansa, and the world's largest provider of airline catering and in-flight solution.

It caters to 270 airlines from 190 customer service centers in 49 countries. It produces around 369 million airline meals per year. In India, it was currently operating in Hydeabad and Bangalore.

The In-flight catering concessions involve financing, constructing, operating and maintaining in-flight kitchen facilities for catering to the in-flight kitchen services at GHIAL.
