Education Minister M A Baby should resign: Vishnunath

Kottayam, Sep 11 (UNI) Kerala Students Union (KSU) State President P C Vishnunath today held Education Minister M A Baby responsible for the present crisis in the higher education sector in the state.

Talking to newspersons here, he demanded that Mr Baby should resign owning responsibility for the crisis.

Charging the education department with total failure, he alleged that the minister was pursuing a provocative policy and was not interested in resolving the issue.

He asserted that government fee for 50 per cent seat should be a compulsory provision in the formula for consensus otherwise it would not be acceptable.
