Chandigarh, Sep 10 (UNI) The Goverment should formulate policies on priority basis in order to address the problem of unemployment, which is the biggest challenge before the country at present, BJP vice president and former Himachal Pradesh chief minister Shanta Kumar said here today.

He said the BJP is in politics not for power but for the welfare of the people and to realise the dreams of the freedom fighters, who fought and died for the country.
Member of Parliament and former cricketer Navjot Singh Sidhu, while speaking at the seminar, said the BJP has produced so many great leaders whereas all the Congressmen chants only Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi 'mantra'.
He said in the past, Congress tried to lure him by offering ministerial post in the Central Ministry, which he blantly refused to accept just because of his commitment to the party and the people.
Mr Sidhu advised the youths to look for strength within one self.
''God is inside you and never care for what people think about you, do what you find best in the interest of the country,'' he added.
