New Addtl Judge to be sworn in tomorrow

Jabalpur, Sep 10 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh High Court Chief Justice Anang Kumar Patnaik will administer the oath of office to Justice Rakesh Chandra Mishra tomorrow at the high court premises here.

According to official sources, the President has appointed Justice Mishra as Additional Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court for a period of two years from his taking the oath of office.

With the induction of Justice Mishra, the total strength of the High Court will increase to 40 judges as against the sanctioned posts of 42 judges.
