Doll dropped by a girl creates flutter at airport

Chennai, Sep 10 (UNI) A two-feet high horse fur doll, which lay unclaimed on the floor for some time, created a flutter among the passengers, officials and security personnel at Kamaraj domestic airport here today.

Airport sources said the doll, found near a refreshment stall, was noticed by the employees of the airport. They informed the security personnel, who rushed to the spot.

However, when they approached the doll, a young girl rushed there and claimed the doll belonged to her. Enquiries revealed that leaving behind the doll at the spot, the girl went to her mother,who was seated nearby. both were bound for Coimbatore.

After a thorough verification of their identity, the security personnel handed over the doll to the girl the sources said.
