Indore, Sep 10 (UNI) Angel Broking, a leading retail stock-broking firm, has announced plans to expand operations to Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh keeping in mind the rising demand of the region's investors.

The company will spread wings in the region starting operations in a major way with places such as Bhopal, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Raipur and Bilaspur.

''We have a strong network of 64 branches including 12 regional hubs, 3,775 sub-brokers and registered business associates, direct employee strength exceeding 1,500 across the country and indirect strength of more than 15,000 employees. Last but not the least, 1,47,000 satisfied clients contribute towards making Angel a professional giant with a personal touch,'' ED Rajiv Phadke told reporters here last evening.

He highlighted the fact that commitment to quality and customer service was the core responsibility and the group quality assurance programme incorporated state-of-the-art tools to prevent failure.

Core processes are regularly reviewed and revised to improve service standards. Mr Phadke believes that quality service and a personal touch differentiate Angel from competitors.
