He alleged that both were later killed in a fake encounter and labelled as militants.
Mr Alam said that Zaragar, district commander of the League, had written a letter to President A P J Abdul Kalam and the Chief Justice of India in which he had alleged that he was being harassed by the senior security force officer.
Later, on the directions of the Chief Justice of India, sessions judge, Poonch, was appointed to probe the allegations of Zargar, he said and added that Zargar was being pressurised to withdraw the case and was even offered money by the officer.
