US expresses shock at bomb explosions in Malegaon

New Delhi, Sep 8 (UNI) The United States today expressed shock and sadness at the brutal terrorist bombings at Malegaon in Maharashtra and said that it stood with India in its fight against terrorism.

A statement issued by US Ambassador to India David Mulford said there could be no justification for heinous acts.

''I m shocked and saddened by the brutal terrorist bombings that killed innocent civilians outside a mosque in Malegaon today. There can be no justification for heinous acts. The US stands with India in its fight against terrorism,'' the Ambassador said.
