RINL CMD to accompany Union Minister for visit to UK, Europe

Visakhapatnam, Sep 8(UNI) The Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd (RINL) of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant chairman and managing director Y Siva Sagar Rao will accompany Union Chemical, Fertiliser and Steel Minister Ramvilas Pawan, as part of a high-level delegation to United Kingdom and Europe.

In a release here today, VSP said the high-level delegation would be in UK and Europe for one week from September 10 this year.

The delegation would hold discussions with prominent industrialists, chief executive officers of top steel companies and officials of various governments in view of the expansion of the Indian steel industry in line with the national steel policy.

The delegation would also visit some of the top steel plants to identify areas of engagement, exchange of know-how of technology and technical issues, which would provide the desired inputs in the expansion programmes of various Indian steel industies.
