Banglore MP to enter Mizoram politics

Aizawl, Sep 8 (UNI) Lone Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) member in Parliament from Mizo community, who won from North Bangalore, H T Sangliana has expressed his willingness to enter into the Mizoram politics.

The former IPS officer Mr Sangliana told the newsmen here that he would like to enter Mizoram politics if he finds right persons to work with.

''Actually, relentless corruption coupled with slow development are the main reasons that brought me to politics here,'' Mr Sangliana said.

Besides the BJP, the intellectual circles here has been promoting Mr Sangliana to "head a third front as Lalthanhawala and Zoramthanga have proved to be failures in the eyes of the Mizo people." UNI BB-SNR PP JYN AKP1130
