3 states to vie for Nagaland open volleyball crown

Kohima, Sep 8 (UNI) A record number of 30 teams from three States will compete in the second Nagaland Open Volleyball Tournament beginning here at the Local Ground from September 12.

According to the organisers, altogether 28 teams are from six districts of Nagaland, which include Kohima, Mokokchung, Teunsang, Longleng, Aunheboto and Phek and one each from Mechalaya and Manipur, will be vying for supremacy in the five day long tournament.

Besides the home teams, the ARC, Shillong and the Don club, Chakromei, Senapati district of Manipur would take part in the Tournament.
