Samsung India aims at 20 per cent growth in turnover
Kolkata, Sep 07 (UNI) Digital Technology leader Samsung India is aiming at 20 per cent growth in turnover in 2006.
In 2005 the company clocked a turnover of Rs 6,300 crore across all category of its products, Deputy Managing Director R Zuthsi said.
The company had covered 62 per cent of targeted turnover in the last eight months, he said.
Zuthsi said the company is focussing on LCD and flat TV segment.
The company, targeting exports of Rs 150 crores this year,is looking at SAARC countries for export oppurtunities.
He said the company is about to garner Rs 850 crore business through product promotion during pujas.
" We will offer gift worth Rs 30 crores to the customers during this festive season," Zuthsi said while launching the puja promotion offer of the company.
