JSW Steel raises galvanised steel prices by Rs 750/mt

Mumbai, Sept 07 (UNI) JSW Steel Ltd has announced a price increase of Rs 500/- to Rs 750/- per metric tonne for Hot Dipped Galvanised Products with retrospective effect from September 01, 2006.

Announcing this, the company said this price revision primarily accounts for the steep increase of the Zinc prices, a key input raw material for galvanising, which has increased by almost 10 per cent over last couple of days putting pressure on the bottomline.
