PFA outplays Sanjay Football Academy in Challenge Cup
Chandigarh, Sep 6 (UNI) Punjab Football Association (PFA) joined Sports Authority of India (East)' Kolkata and hosts Chandigarh Football Academy in the semi-finals in the fourth edition of the Administrator's Challenge Cup All India Football Tournament for Under-17 here today.
The PFA boys routed Sanjay Football Academy of Chandigarh 6-1. Right winger Harjit Singh hogged the limelight in the match as he slammed four goals in a row.
This was PFAs third successive win and they topped Group D with nine points.
In another match St Stephen's Football Academy, Chandigarh outclassed a depleted Uttar Pradesh team by 6-1.
In yet another match, Chhattisgarh drub Himachal Pradesh by 5-0.
