Pakistan-Turkish armies hold joint drills
Islamabad, Sept 6 (UNI) Special Forces of Pakistan and Turkey have begun joint military exercise ''ATTATURK-5''.
The drills which began yesterday, will continue for ten days, aimed at sharing experiences in planning, preparation and conduct of minor and special operations and mountain training, The Nation reported.
This is the 9th joint military exercise between the armies of the two countries.
The drills began a day after Pakistani and US navies started joint exercises aimed to further reinforce cooperation in interdiction operations, level of interoperability and counter-terrorism.
