Natco Pharma to buyback shares from September 12

Mumbai, Sept 06 (UNI) Natco Pharma will start the process of buying back its shares from next Tuesday, September 12 this year.

Announcing this in a statement issued, the company said the buyback would stop on July 30 next year or when the company had exhausted its spending limit of Rs 7 crore.

In July this year, the board of Natco had approved a plan to buy back shares at a price not exceeding Rs 150 per share.
