Jolt to CBI as 'approver' retracts stand in Gavit case
New Delhi, Sep 6 (UNI) The CBI today received a big jolt as one of the two men arrested on charges of posing as Union Minister of State for Home Manik Rao Gavit while talking to a UP gangster, today retracted from his promise to turn approver.
Vinod Kumar, who had earlier assured the CBI to turn approver in the case today retracted from his position before the judge, saying he had no such intentions.
With this the case has once again been sent to the court of the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM).
