J and K Govt asked to submit flood damage report withen a week

Jammu, Sep 6 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir government today asked all concerned functionaries to furnish flood damage detail within seven days in the state.

Jammu Divisional Commissioner, Parmod Jain directed all the lambardars, chowkidars and patwaris to fan out in their areas and prepare factual reports of loss of cattle, damage to houses, lands and crops and submit the papers within seven days to the Naib Tehsildar.

Apprising them to the specific instructions of Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad, Mr Jain said the concerned functionaries must on all counts submit their assessment reports to the concerned Naib Tehsildar within seven days positively.
