Farmer beaten to death by psychic patient

Tiruchirapalli, Sep 6 (UNI) A 35 year-old farmer was beaten to death by a psychic patient at Thandalaiputhur village near Musiri, about 40 km from here today.

According to police the victim Thangaraj, was walking on the road when he was attacked with a wooden log and stones, killing him on the spot, they said.

The murderer Srinivasan was stated to be mentally disturbed and there was no motive behind the murder.

The Police arrested Srinivasan.
