A girl student allegedly commits suicide in Amritsar

Amritsar, Sep 6 (UNI) A girl student of Khalsa college allegedly committed suicide and another is battling for life after they consumed sulphous tablets at the girls hostel last night.

They did not leave behind any suicide note. One of them belonged to Nashera Dhalla village, while the other to Moga.

The deceased was being identified. The girl, who is stated to be serious, was admitted to the Guru Nanak Dev Hospital here.
