Vice-President to take part in 'yagya' at Mahakaleshwar temple
Ujjain, MP, Sep 5 (UNI) Vice-President Bhairon Singh Shekhawat will visit world-famous Mahakaleshwar temple and participate in 'Atirudra Mahayagya' prayer as a part of his private trip to this temple town on September 7, official sources said today.
Mr Shekhawat will reach Indore at 1005 by airplane. He will then take helicopter for Ujjain, where he will offer prayers at the Mahakaleshwar temple and spend more than five hours there.
Baba Pawahari Bhawani Nandan Yatiji Maharaj had organised 'Atirudra Mahayagya' for various 'jyotirlingas' across the country for good rainfall in different regions.
Baba had organised the ritual during holy 'Shravan' month. As a part of it, Mr Shekhawat will participate in the 'Purnahuti Atirudra Mahayagya' before leaving for Indore.
