Hizb Commander, 4 soldiers among 12 killed in J

Srinagar, Sep 5 (UNI) A top Hizbul Mujahideen commander, who was active during the past 15 years, four soldiers and two brothers were among twelve people killed in Jammu and Kashmir since last evening, an official spokesman said today.

He said two militants were killed by the Army and Jammu and Kashmir police in a joint operation at Hapatnar in south Kashmir district of Anantnag this evening.

He said the ultras were identified as Ayoub Khan and Amin Najar.
