Mefcon Agro acquires 15% stake in real-estate firm

New Delhi, Sept 4 (UNI) Mefcon Agro Industries Ltd has taken over 15 per cent stake in SRS Retreat Services, a real estate company to diversify in the field of infrastructure and developers and real estate business.

In addition, the company's Board is firming up plans to enter into real estate deals including direct acquisition of land and taking stake in real estate companies, a company statement said.

The company's focus area is on the infrastructure deals in northern India.

The Board has also approved the change of the name of the company to Vishvas Infrastructure Ltd.
