Hotel Leelaventure to invest in overseas firms

New Delhi, Sept 4: Hotel Leelaventure Ltd today said its board has approved to invest in overseas corporate bodies to further its business besides setting up a subsidiary company.

The Board of Directors have in-principal approved entering into management contracts for managing hotels at Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Jaipur.

Also, developing an international golf course, golf academy, driving range and club houses at Goa and to acquire land of about 250 acres from the state government for the purpose by itself or forming a subsidiary or by way of a joint venture.
