Arms recovered from Guwahati railway station
Guwahati, Sep 4 (UNI) Arms were recovered from a man on the Up Brahmaputra Mail at the railway station here today.
A group of Government Railway Police (GRP) made the recovery from one Kamlesh Kumar Shah of Chapra district in Bihar during routine patrolling.
Two Italian made 7.6 mm pistols and six magazines were recovered from his bag, GRP sources informed.
Shah had boarded the Tinsukia-bound train, originating in Delhi, at Malda and was on his way to Dimapur in neighbouring Nagaland.
