Hyderabad, Sep 3 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Information Minister Mohd Ali Shabbir today instructed the Joint Collector of Rangareddy district to immediately withdraw the case filed against ''Kanzal-Ul-Uloom Religious and Educational Trust'' by Saroornagar MRO since the institution had all the legal documents of its land with due approval of HUDA authorities.

The Minister informed that though ''Firangi Nala'' was not passing through this land, the institution authorities had given consent in writing to part with the land adjoining the 'Nala' measuring 1400 sq yards provided alternative land was allotted by the government to their institution.

The Minister expressed his displeasure over booking a police case against religious heads of a reputed institution without verifying true facts and their credentials.

Joint Collector Sheshadri informed the Minister that the Human Rights Commission had asked the district administration to submit action taken report in case of encroachment of land falling under ''Firangi Nala'' commencing from Chevella-Ibrahimpatnam.

He informed as per the re-survey made by the local revenue authorities, the land in question did not come under encroachment and assured the Minister to amicably solve the problem.
